Actress Lindsay Dee Lohan, born July 2, 1986, is an American film and television star. Lohan was signed to Ford Models at the age of three, despite being born in New York City and raised on Long Island.
Her breakthrough came in the Disney film The Parent Trap in 1998 when she appeared as a regular on the soap opera Another World at the age of ten.
The film’s success led to appearances in Life-Size 2000, Get a Clue 2002, Freaky Friday 2003, and Confessions of a Teenage Drama Queen 2004 on television and in big-screen productions.
Mean Girls 2004, a teen comedy sleeper hit, solidified Lohan’s status as a teen idol and propelled her to stardom in Hollywood.
