In the comments section of an Instagram post, Santana accused Black of ripping off his music. Many social media users began to notice similarities between the two tunes after the accusation. To get all the specifics of the progress, keep reading.
Saucy Santana says Kodak Black Copied his song Walk
The whole thing began when The Shade Room asked their fans who wore the outfit better in a post that featured Santana and Black wearing the identical thing side by side. Black wrote, “All lives matter,” with an orange heart and a shrugging shoulder emoji, not taking the post seriously while the public was still debating which of the two looks they preferred more.
Santana, on the other hand, had an entirely different tale to share. #TSBroStoleMySong was the 29-year-old rapper’s statement in response to his June 2021 song, “Walk,” which was stolen. Black released the song “Spin” last month. In the chorus of both songs, the word “walk” appears numerous times.

Fans Debate the Similarities Between the Tracks
Many admirers sided with Santana and brought up the similarities between the songs in response to the controversy that his statements provoked in the comment section. A follower said, “I feel like it’s the same words but two distinct vibes.”
A fan wrote They’re walking in two separate ways just because they have the consistency doesn’t mean the purpose was the same. Others were seen standing in support of Black in. Santana Walk is for the Ladies & Yak Walk is for the Gang, Not the Same, wrote another.

Whether Black genuinely drew influence from Santana’s song or not is still up for debate. The 25-year-old, though, has been in the news for some time. He criticized BET last week for presenting Latto the Song of the Year award at the 2022 BET Hip Hop Awards.
The Woman Empowerment Sh*t Kool is how Kodak, who was nominated in the same category, vented on social media. Don’t take anything from anyone, yet you still need to put in the effort! Don’t just give it to someone because they are a woman! If that’s the case, Gorilla rather than that hating ass mutt should have received Song of the Year.
