It’s a baby! It’s a joyous time in the life of Heather Rae Young and her husband Tarek El Moussa as they prepare to welcome their first child into the world.
“Surprise!!!” the pair said on Instagram on July 13. Photographer Christina Cernik captured a series of stunning images of El Moussa’s growing tummy in a white slip dress as she prepared to give birth in early 2023.
Tarek leaned down to kiss Heather’s growing belly in the first photo, taken while they were both barefoot on a beach. The Selling Sunset star embraced her belly with both hands in a beautiful photo, her face beaming with happiness.
Tarek EI Moussa‘s children, Taylor and Brayden, who he shares with his ex-wife Christina Hall, also appeared in the photos, and they were captured in a tender moment on the sand.
As the children rushed beneath them, the couple held their arms out in the air. They’ll soon have a new sibling to play with!
Heather Ray and Tarek will exchange vows in a romantic wedding in Santa Barbara, California, in October of 2021. After a year of dating, they got engaged in July 2020.
The Netflix star was open about her desire to have a family as soon as possible with Tarek. In a TikTok video from December 2021, she revealed to her followers that she has begun the process of freezing more of her eggs.
It was Heather’s experience with limited fertility and a low egg count that prompted her to freeze her eggs.
The process to get me ready for the egg freezing in January will begin next week if we decide to proceed. I got six good eggs the last time I did this, so I’m keeping those on ice,” she told her followers.
At a recent reproductive doctor’s appointment, Heather told her fans she had received “not ideal news” and that she was “trying to stay positive.
” Heather updated her fans on this in January 2022. Her husband was “fortunate to have such a supportive hubby,” the reality star wrote in another message from the same month.
During the month of February, Heather announced that “We have four embryos that are currently preserved.” “It’s a group of three women and three men,” she said. “They’re all quite strong.”
“I know I’m going to be a good mom,” she told the publication in April. But I have no idea how my body will react when it comes to carrying my own [kid] and going through the pregnancy.
She said, “Also, I’m quite busy.” As if in a split second, the day is over and I haven’t accomplished enough. The thought of having to care for a baby while also carrying a child makes me nervous. What if I start vomiting?
The question is, “What if I get sick?” Because I don’t have the time, I’m going to put it off for a while. “However, I’m looking forward to it.” Heather’s first pregnancy will provide the answers she’s been searching for!
