The recent separation of reality TV personality Monique Samuels and her husband Chris, a former NFL player, was verified by numerous sources in People magazine. The couple had been married for ten years.
During the first season of Love & Marriage: D.C., viewers were also shown the Samuels’ marital problems.

On Sunday, Monique’s former co-star Ashley Darby appeared on the Real Housewives of Potomac panel at BravoCon and revealed her friendship with Monique. Ashley continued by mentioning that they had just had lunch together the previous week and that Monique was currently “going through some personal problems.”
Monique discussed the state of her marriage to her husband Chris while she was filming Real Housewives Of Potomac in a July 2022 interview with Entertainment Tonight.

“We were able to get out, just renew that connection, and be thrilled about each other,” she continued. I won’t lie, RHOP season 2 saved my marriage. And at the end of the day, you occasionally still need to revisit those instances. People that saw Potomac saw that I had some of the same worries back then because of what I said on Love & Marriage: DC. So it’s not like this is a brand-new phenomenon.
In the year 2012, Monique Samuels and Chris Samuels became husband and wife. Three children in all are shared by the couple. Christopher, 9, and Chase, 3, are their two sons. Milani, 7, is their only daughter. Monique and Chris were cast members of the television show Love & Marriage: DC. The program began airing in May 2022.
