Weeks before the couple’s divorce was officially finalised, Gisele B. ndchen reportedly purchased an opulent $11.5 million estate immediately across the water from Tom Brady’s residence. The six-bedroom, 6,600-square-foot Miami Beach property was purchased on October 6, almost two weeks before Gisele and Tom’s divorce was officially finalised.
More intriguingly, the mansion has a direct view of the quarterback of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers’ under-construction home on Indian Creek Island. According to rumours, Gisele initially saw this location on August 16, only days before Brady announced a surprise 11-day suspension from the NFL. There were rumours that he did it to keep their romance alive.
While B ndchen’s new residence is in Surfside, exactly across the waterway known as Indian Creek from Brady’s mansion, Tom’s mansion is under construction and features a waterfront view of Biscayne Bay.

A Move For Easy Co-Parenting…
Even before Tom took a vacation from the NFL, Gisele was actively looking at homes in Miami Beach, which suggests that she was already over the marriage and eager to move on, a source said.
