The 31-year-old actress talked about her separation from her spouse Sebastian Bear-McClard in an interview with Variety that was published on Wednesday. She continued by saying she was still learning how to “let go.”
I’m recently single for the first time, really, in my entire life, and I just feel like I’m sort of enjoying the freedom of not being too worried about how people perceive me, Emily said to the media source.
The author of My Body continued, “I write about control and kind of recognizing that one of the best ways to truly be happy and have some semblance of control is letting go.”
