The television show is based on Marc Brown’s Arthur book series, which he wrote and drew. The animated series was started in 1994 by WGBH Boston and Cinar (now WildBrain) in Montreal, and the first episode was broadcast on October 7, 1996. The show aired 253 half-hour episodes during the course of its 25-season existence.
In December 2003, as part of Arthur’s season 8, a pilot for the spin-off series Postcards from Buster aired. Postcards from Buster ran from October 11, 2004, to November 21, 2008, after which it went on vacation for several years before returning in February 2012 for a brief revival, only to be discontinued after airing three unseen episodes from the show’s third season.

One of the nine ladies a Brazilian model married is now divorcing him. The model Arthur O Urso told news agency Jam Press that he is “sorry and startled” by the woman’s decision.
According to the New York Post, Urso was already married to Luana Kazaki when he made headlines last year after exchanging nuptials with eight other women in an attempt to “celebrate free love” and “challenge monogamy.”
One of his wives, Agatha, is now seeking a divorce because she “misses monogamy,” according to Urso.
“She wanted everything of me to herself,” the model stated of the impending breakup. “It didn’t make sense; we must share.” He said, “I was really saddened by the breakup and even more startled by her excuse.”
Urso further stated that his previous wives believe Agatha’s approach is incorrect, and that she “entered the marriage for adventure rather than true feelings.”
Arthur Urso has 50,000 Instagram followers who follow his posts on his unusual relationship.
“I realize I’ve lost a wife,” the model admitted, “but I’m not going to replace her right now.”
