On October 18, Curtis spoke on the Ebro In The Morning to discuss his forthcoming television program Hip-Hop Homicides.

He said, “The violence has always been in those communities,” while talking about how the rap game has turned violent recently. It’s only recently been visible, and it has a connection to hip-hop culture. Since we are the music genre with the quickest growth, obviously. We’re hard to miss.

Then, he discussed Eminem and described how the artist increased hip accessibility. hop’s The expansion of our culture, in my opinion, is one of Eminem’s legacies. If people couldn’t understand how it applied to them, they wouldn’t buy it. And because of his path, he is there and is a true artist, he claimed.

In 2002, 50 Cent joined Eminem’s Shady Records, and the two have remained buddies ever since. He had already praised the rapper in a number of other contexts. He claimed in an interview from 2014 that I am so valuable to him in all aspects of my life, not just my profession.

He is one of my closest friends because I know I can rely on him to be truthful in his constructive feedback. Hip-hop is unquestionably Black music. And regrettably, for some people, it can be difficult to accept that a white artist is better able to achieve the desired results than a Black artist.
